How do I know my gymnastic grips size?
Measure your hand from the base of your palm to the base of your fingers.
and know your size according to this chart:
6 to 8 cm: Extra small.
8 to 10 cm: Small.
10 to 12 cm: Medium.
12cm or longer: Large
How do I know my lifting belt size?
Use the following measurements to determine your size, use a measuring tape around your waist (not pants waist but where belt will be used during lifts)
50 to 59cm: Small (20''-28'')
65 to 82cm: Medium (25''-33'')
78 to 92cm: Large (31''-37'')
86 to 104cm: Extra Large (34''-41'')
